David Ang (Chair)

Dr. David Ang, PBM, is a highly experienced professional with expertise in corporate leadership and investment. He serves as the Chairman of Zion Investment & Consultancy and is the Founder and Chairman of IPGA Pte Ltd. Dr. Ang is also actively involved in community service, holding positions within the Methodist Church of Singapore, such as Chairman of the Board of Family Life and member of The Judicial Council and the Discipline Review Commission. He contributes to Trinity Theological College as a Governor and Honorary Member, as well as Chairman of the Finance Committee.

Dr. Ang holds a Doctorate in Christian Entrepreneurship from Christian Leadership University and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore, with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. He has received a number of accolades including the National Day Award, PBM, in 2013, and the Spirit of Enterprise Award in the same year. Dr. Ang's expertise was sought by the Economic Review Committee in 2006, appointed by the Economic Development Board.

Foo Say Chiang

Foo Say Chiang is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in property management and corporate leadership. Throughout his career, he held key positions in various organisations, showcasing his skills and dedication.

He served as the Head of Group Property Management in a government-linked company in Singapore until his retirement in 2021. Prior to that, Say Chiang held the role of Senior Vice President at Marina Properties Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Pontiac Land group. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer for the East Coast Town Council.

Alongside his professional achievements, Say Chiang is an Elder at the Zion Bishan BP Church, where he actively contributes as the Chairman of the Foreign Missions Committee and has previously held leadership positions such as Deacon, Chairman of the Home Missions Committee, and Treasurer. With his extensive expertise and commitment, Say Chiang continues to make valuable contributions in both his professional and corporate endeavours.

Jane Goh

Ms Jane Goh currently sits in the management role of a mental health non-profit organisation and has been a mental health practitioner and clinician for more than 20 years.

She has played an instrumental role in trailblazing creative services in the community for mental health and has piloted several creative and youth centres that integrate expressive arts, sports and outdoor activities.

During her free time, Jane enjoys volunteering in coaching and guiding people in their profession and growth. She also volunteers at her housing estate’s outreach to the seniors.

Winston Chong

Winston Chong, CA (Singapore), CFP, is a highly experienced finance professional with over 35 years of expertise. As the CEO of Life Planning Associates Pte Ltd (LPA), he specializes in fee-based financial planning, focusing on debt and risk management, investment planning, and estate and legacy planning.

Winston's leadership has transformed LPA into a team-based organisation that empowers clients to make informed decisions for their financial security. Previously, he held key positions at UBS AG, Maybank and UBS joint venture, and JP Morgan. Winston's foundational background includes roles at Coopers & Lybrand and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Winston serves in various ministries and is a board member of Mission Resources Network. Married to Hong Ngee for 34 years, they have three adult children.
