We help people find answers to these questions and more -
through scripture, in teams, and in relationship & community with each other.

Who We Are
We are passionate about disciple-making - that is easily replicable, relevant, can organically and relationally multiply, and spread easily throughout diverse communities.
We serve people in Singapore and cities of Asia who desire to help the unreached, unchurched, lost and broken to discover God, listen to Him, and follow Him - in a way that suits their unique context and community.
We create space for peer learning - amongst those who are asking the same kinds of questions about their cities and affinities.
Who We Serve
Our team serves a growing a network of Champions, Catalysts, disciple-makers and churches who:
- Love God and desire to serve lostness and brokenness in the cities of Asia
- Are carrying a vision for the harvest that is bigger than the people they can personally reach
- Have a burden for cities, regions, affinity groups and communities. - Have a passion to bring wholeness where there is brokenness, healing to the wounded, reconciliation where relationships are broken, and peace and joy to spiritual life.
- Want to explore Biblical ways to bring God’s love and make disciples that go beyond existing programmes and structures

We help disciple-makers discover and listen to God in their everyday (sometimes in-between/unusual) spaces with the people He has placed in their worlds.
We help champions & catalysts make progress towards the vision God has given them, by coming alongside and helping them set goals and discern how to move towards them.

We help champions & catalysts expand their toolkits, training them in paradigms, tools and frameworks that increase their capacity for creative disciple-making and partnering with God in the part of the harvest He has called them to.
We help champions & catalysts build and equip their teams, and support them as they wrestle together with how God is leading them to use what they’ve learned.

We learn best by learning together. We create peer learning spaces for champions & catalysts in different contexts who share vision and values and are asking similar questions.
These learning spaces encourage, support, inspire and enable us to rapidly build on each others’ learning journeys, so that we can move more effectively towards the harvest and vision that God has put in each team or individual.

We believe in the power of unity and serve the international body of Christ at large. We offer consultation and thoughtfully facilitated sessions that help leaders of organizations to wrestle with Scripture’s vision and paradigms of the Great Commission, and our realities. We facilitate learning spaces for discovery, tension and growth for those who desire to understand new wineskins for a new era ahead.

Introduction to God Movements (ITGM)
ITGM introduces the “God Movements” or “Disciple-Making Movements” for those with a burden for their cities or regions.
During this module you and your team gain a Biblical and practical understanding of God Movements, understand the complexities of cities and take first steps to forming a pioneer team to engage your city.
This 6 week module is run every quarter.

Urban Missions Workshop
Many evangelistic or missions trainings are geared to a rural or western missions context. However, relationships and communication work differently in Asian cities.
This 1-day workshop will introduce some profoundly empowering Scriptural truths, missional paradigms and practical tools that will help you and your team partner with God more creatively and effectively in your city.

Disciple-Making Team Training (DMTT)
For teams and groups that want to see MORE in the harvest, DMTT will give you paradigms and tools to move towards greater impacts.
DMTT goes beyond cookie-cutter methods and helps you and your team wrestle with Word and Spirit to discern His plans for your team and the unique part of the harvest He has placed you.
You’ll be introduced to new paradigms and tools and foundational Scriptural realities that have often been over-looked in a culture that favours flashy media presentations and programmes.
DMTT is 3-module course delivered online at the pace that is right for your team.
